Our Company conducts pay research for corporations and associations, administering custom salary surveys, and advises our clients in various aspects of compensation and benefits data. We compare our clients current business practices and policies to best practices of similar thriving companies. .



Our job evaluation process refers to all components of a Company’s formal pay program. The process establishes the relative value of jobs throughout the company. There are two steps involved in this process: Job Analysis and Job Description.



With our company’s many years of experience 34 years to be exact many of our clients have used our HRO ( HR Outsourcing) process of sub-contracting human resources functions to an external supplier. We perform a review of the company’s business processes and advise as to whether it makes business sense to sub-contract some or all non-core activities to specialist providers.
